  • establish basic business practices and processes needed to grow and monitor business;
  • develop and assist with:
    • branding,
    • marketing,
    • product pricing matrix,
    • logistics,
    • retail/channel launch strategy and search,
    • select and negotiate with manufacturer’s representatives to represent the Company to its retail customers; and
  • develop a financial and launch plan to attract the capital necessary to execute the business
    development plan created by RHG.
