Our Approach

We work with companies to first develop a Business Strategy —Action Plan — to overcome obstacles and transform their operations to achieve management's goals. "We pickup where the accountants / internal staff leave off and bring value-added skills, they either don't have the time, skills or budget."

We help companies implement an Action Plan to improve performance and business processes. This Business Strategy / Action Plan can include many components — business plans, sales & marketing plans, cash flow analyses, negotiating with their lenders, restructuring debt, training staff and coaching management, developing staffing, benefit and HR systems, preparing an Exit & Succession plan, coordinating with service providers (legal, accountants, advertising, I/T etc.— and much more to meet the client's goals.

RHG's approach isn't art, it involves a whole collection of different skills and knowledge — from accounting / financial, data analysis, I/T, manufacturing processes, banking, logistics, human resources auditing — and the proven experience in these disciplines crossing many industries and the leadership needed to guide the implementation as part of the Action Plan.
